BARCELONA: IBM will offer telecom operators Verizon and Telefonica new services ranging from operating 5G on a cloud platform to using artificial intelligence, the US tech company said on Monday.

IBM, using the technology obtained by purchasing software company Red Hat, will provide carriers with cloud services to manage their networks and help them sell suitable products to customers.
