Since the COVID pandemic hit, we’ve grown accustomed to working with remote collaboration platforms. But the problem is, there are a lot of options to choose from and they just don’t work together.

A new platform launched today by Klaxoon allows organizations to seamlessly combine in-person and remote work with tools such as a virtual whiteboard, surveys and memos, as well as video and audio.

“The pandemic has redefined work in many ways and forced us all to adapt to different ways of working together. We’ve all sat for hours at our computers, meeting after meeting, it’s time for collaboration and meeting tools to adapt to the new reality of work so that organizations and their teams are most productive and efficient wherever ( or when) they are found, â€says Matthieu Beucher, CEO and founder of Klaxoon. “It’s time to break down the barriers of time and space and mix up in-person and remote work. After running over 10 million workshops, we’ve seen teams become more efficient by turning meetings into more collaborative workshops. “

Klaxoon’s new workshop platform allows teams to run productive workshops in a very easy way, anywhere and from any device. It allows any number of people to connect with audio and video – using the built-in capability of Klaxoon or another conferencing platform like Microsoft Teams or Zoom – with the ability to share information, including documents, images, presentations, spreadsheets. The entire work session is recorded and can be exported as an automatic report to share with anyone or used for compliance audits. After the live session, the information is retained and can be viewed by any authorized user who can continue to add information, ask questions or comment.

“When the world had to move away, we were looking for the best tool to facilitate and facilitate the workshop. After six months of testing, the Klaxoon tool has proven to be a success and is now adopted by more than 2,000 people in Microsoft Catalyst teams. “says Rudy Dillenseger, global director of business strategy and enablement at Microsoft.” Klaxoon is easy to deploy globally and allows us to deliver a great experience to our customers, even remotely. Klaxoon helps our sales teams to run workshops efficiently and interactively in order to better identify the needs and solutions of our customers. This is an essential element of our customer engagement process. “

You can find out more on the Klaxoon site and more features are expected to be released at CES2022 in January.
